"At William Smith, I majored in sociology and went on to earn a master’s degree in education from Union Institute. I also graduated from the University of Vermont’s Snelling Institute for School Leadership. I believe that my HWS education allowed me to be open to possibilities and provided me with a broad intellectual base from which to draw upon. Prior to my current position, I served on the Vermont Board of education and was Burlington’s first diversity-equity coordinator."
