Friday 7:30 – 12:00 a.m., Saturday 8 a.m. – 9 p.m., Sunday 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Campus Safety is located off Pulteney Street in the Campus Services building in the northeast corner of the Medbery parking lot. Campus Safety is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week all year.

Public computers are available and located on the first floor of Warren Hunting Smith Library. These are accessed using a guest log-in (username and password are available at Reunion Headquarters). The Warren Hunting Smith Library will be open from 8 a.m.–4 p.m. on Thursday and Friday, and from 10 a.m.–2 p.m. on Saturday. Wireless Internet is available campus-wide. Consult with our Reunion Headquarters staff for login and passcode.
The Syracuse, Rochester and Ithaca airports are each about an hour drive from campus. Car service to and from the Syracuse and Rochester airports is available for a fee from Finger Lakes Limousine at (315) 789-7272. Please contact them directly. Shuttle buses and golf carts will be circulating on campus throughout the weekend to transport you to events and residence halls. If you feel that you need a car for your time here, please reserve one at the airport.
While on campus, you may park in any campus parking lot. Handicapped parking is available at all campus locations.
Registrations for the 4th Annual shotgun tournament will begin in early spring 2015 with Dulcie Meyer at 315-781-3700 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
REUNION IS FAMILY FRIENDLY
There is plenty for families to do and nearly all activities are open to all ages. Past participants will attest to the fact that Reunion is a blast for everyone.
SATURDAY EVENING KIDS’ CAMP
(Children 12 weeks – 12 years old)
Kids Camp allows parents to enjoy Saturday evening activities with classmates while their children are in a safe and fun environment. The session runs on Saturday from 5 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Children must be preregistered by May 31, 2015. Pizza, snacks and beverages are provided. If your child has other dietary needs (i.e. strained carrots, formula, etc), please bring them along. NO WALK-INS will be accepted. See registration page for details.
SATURDAY EVENING TEEN NIGHT
(13 – 17 years old)
Current HWS Students will take our teenaged guests to dinner and a movie on Saturday night. We’ll have them back in time for fireworks on the Quad. See registration page for details.
We’ve included a number of fitness activities throughout the weekend. Tennis, Cycling and Yoga will be available as well as open hours in Bristol Field House at the Caird Center for Sports and Recreation. And what would a trip to campus be without tossing a Frisbee or a lacrosse ball on the Quad. Bring your stick, ball, Frisbee and we’ll provide the setting!
EXERCISE FACILITIES - Caird Center for Sports and Recreation – Bristol Field House
Friday 6 a.m. – 7 p.m., Saturday 6 a.m. – 4 p.m.
The Field House has an indoor track for walkers and runners and a fully equipped weight room, featuring Cybex machines, as well as tennis, squash and racquetball.
BOZZUTO BOATHOUSE DOCK – Seneca Lakefront
Swim, fish or just enjoy the view. Our boathouse is home to our nationally renowned sailing team and the docks are open throughout the weekend for all to enjoy. No lifeguard on duty.
Consider extending your visit to take in the beauty of the Finger Lakes Region. Abundant information on recreational venues, including restaurants, golf courses and wineries, is available from the Geneva Area Chamber of Commerce, (315) 789-1776, or through its website.
Most campus buildings are handicapped accessible. If you or a member of your family has special health or dietary needs, please indicate this when you complete your registration form so that we may determine how to make your visit most enjoyable.
