Every Tuesday, three Indoor Cycling fitness classes will be held in the Bristol Field House. The hour-long classes will be held at 12 p.m., 5:30 p.m., and 7:30 p.m.
Guidelines for Classes:
1. To sign up: Starting at 12 p.m. the day before a class, call the front desk at 315-781-3528
2.Please specify the class you are signing up for. You may NOT sign up anyone besides yourself.
3. If the class is full, you will be placed on the sub list. Please provide your phone number so that we may contact you if a bike becomes available . If you cannot attend the class that you are enrolled in, please inform the front desk so that we may notify the next person on the waiting list.
4. The cycling room will be open ten minutes prior to the start of the class. Please make sure you are there at least five minutes before the class begins to secure a bike.
5. Please be sure to thoroughly clean your bike before and after each use; this is greatly appreciated by all participants.
It is highly recommended that you bring your own towel, water bottle, and heart rate monitor to class; however, this is not required.
