On Monday, Feb. 11, Michael Costello, Director of Recruiting Suffolk Construction, will join the Colleges for a talk on Careers in Project Management at 7:30 p.m. in Trinity 305. The talk is part of the Professionals in Residence Series sponsored by the Salisbury Center for Career Services and Professional Development.

Costello has worked for Suffolk Construction since January of 2008, currently serving as the talent acquisition leader. His goal is to serve as a resource to support the company’s aggressive growth nationally in construction operations and corporate functions.

Prior to taking on a bigger role at Suffolk, Costello was the leader of the Career Start program. This included college recruiting activities such as sourcing, selection, and on-boarding Suffolk's young high potentials. He received a bachelor’s in sociology from Boston University. After spending time in sales and as an assistant college basketball coach, he found his “perfect career path” and aspires to grow his career and become a leader in the talent acquisition field.
