Planned Maintenance Periods

IT Services is dedicated to providing a high level of system uptime throughout the academic year. In order to achieve this service level, we perform periodic maintenance activities on core equipment comprised of network switches, servers, telecom equipment, and wireless access points. To minimize disruption to the Colleges business, we make every attempt to perform these activities during non-business hours, wherever possible.

Summer 2016 Maintenance Activities

Replacing Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Units Wired & wireless network services will be intermittently down throughout the campus as power supply systems are replaced. Student residences that are unoccupied will experience network outages during business hours. Academic and administrative locations will experience network outages after normal business hours. May 16 (Mon) thru May 30 (Mon) Daily 7 a.m. - 11 p.m.

PeopleSoft Upgrade PeopleSoft applications will experience extended outages May 27 (Fri) thru Jun 1 (Wed) 6 p.m. (Fri) – 7 a.m. (Wed)
