The Mechanical Trades Team is responsible for all campus maintenance in regards to heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical. This maintenance includes routine repairs and planned preventative maintenance. Routine repairs are generated from call-in work order requests. Preventative maintenance work is scheduled maintenance of equipment such air handlers and boilers to prevent mechanical breakdown and promote equipment longevity. Our team consists of 14 members broke down to 3 HVAC technicians, 3 electricians, 2 plumbers, 5 general mechanics, and a fleet mechanic. Our technicians are extremely skilled and have many years experience in their respective fields. As a team we are committed to provide the best service possible.
