This position will assist with the entire operation of the parking office and reports directly to the Operations Sergeant responsible for the administration of the registration of all vehicles on campus and ticketing of violators. Responsibilities include sorting and filing of all parking permit registration cards; dissemination of parking rules and regulations to all parking permit applicants; sorting and filing of all parking tickets issued; data entry of all parking registration forms and tickets as assigned; maintain a positive public image for both Campus Safety and Hobart & William Smith Colleges; communicate professionally and confidentially with students, staff and visitors; other duties as assigned pertaining to parking office tasks.

Special Skills Needed:

Must have knowledge of computers and software, especially Microsoft Excel. Must be exemplary in regards to honesty and integrity to protect the confidentiality of all department records. Must be able to work independently and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
