Responsibilities:

Student employees will work primarily in two areas of Bristol Field House: the front desk and the fitness center. Students will monitor their assigned area acting as a liaison for other students, faculty/staff and community members. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering phones, rent equipment, membership transactions, tours, daily court/main floor set-up, collecting court fees, perform and/or process orientation for new members, check ID's and enforce all current Fitness Center policies, have knowledge of fitness programming and offerings, clean fitness center equipment/replenish supplies when needed, emergency responder (CPR/First Aid certified), assists Director and supervisors with other assigned tasks.

Special Skills Needed:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Basic knowledge of weight training and cardiovascular exercise. CPR and First Aid certified.
