Hobart and William Smith College’s, Habitat for Humanity Club intends to support the goals of the Habitat for Humanity Chapter of Ontario County. Our club participates in our affiliated chapter’s local builds as well as, fundraises money to donate to their efforts. Our biggest fundraiser include the Mr. Hobart Talent Contest and the William Smith Powderpuff Game. When we are not participating in either of these tasks we do our best to support other community efforts within our immediate campus and outside in the community. We are a community engaged and service learning based program on this Hobart and William Smith Campus.
mission Statement:It is the Habitat for Humanity Club’s mission to promote awareness and help in the effort to decrease the amount of substandard housing both locally and nationally.
