There will be a traditional barbeque (food served from 6-8:30 p.m) and a performance by the President’s Garage Band at 8:30 p.m. The evening will conclude with a fireworks display at 9 p.m. Beer and wine will be available for purchase. Tickets will be available to purchase at the door.

We will be outdoors on grass surfaces so we suggest you wear appropriate footwear for the weather and conditions. In the case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved to Bristol Field House and the start time will be 10 a.m. WEOS (89.7 and 90.3 FM) and WHWS 105.7 FM will make continuous announcements on Sunday morning beginning at 6 a.m., alerts will be posted on the Colleges’ social media (@hwsColleges), and emails will be sent to students and parents/guardians. Buses will run from parking lots to Bristol Field House.

Cost is $18.55 (plus tax and fees) per person, $7.20 (plus tax and fees) for 10 years old and under, 5 years old and under is free. Seniors and all HWS students will need to purchase tickets for this meal. Tickets will be available to purchase at the door.
