The Project Services Department provides project management services to the campus.  Project scopes utilizing the end users needs are developed and defined by project managers for presentation, approval and implementation into the campus community.  Project design capabilities range from simple projects (light fixtures installation and office renovations) to complex projects (major building additions and residence hall renovations).  Some of the quality Project Management Systems and Programs that have been implemented include

  • Capital Expenditure Programming and Budgeting
