John Hogan '88
John Hogan '88 is a dedicated mentor and sponsor of Hobart and William Smith students and young graduates at JP Morgan Chase. He is extremely generous with his time through his annual participation in the Wall Street Experience program. He talks with students about J.P. Morgan and the finance industry, as well as organizes other alums to address the students during their visit.
Currently, Hogan serves as chief risk officer at JP Morgan Chase. When he received the Career Services award in June 2010, eight students had an opportunity to intern with his organization and four graduates were hired full time.
Hogan has worked for Credit Suisse as well as Bear Sterns. He went to JP Morgan Chase in 2008 when the company bought out Bear Stearns. He is also a member of JP Morgan Chase's executive committee.
