Why I Give
Navigate Alphabetically
Curt Vannah '82, P'15
When it came time to do the college search process with my son, the biggest challenge I faced was trying to remain impartial to a place that I just have so much love for. I have always tried to give back with both my time and donations because I have garnered a lifetime of opportunities, memories and friends directly related to my time at HWS. My son chose HWS not because Dad went there but because he sensed that four years at the Colleges was going to be something far more special than he had seen at numerous other campus visits. College is expensive, no doubt, but when your son really talks with you about how much he loves his classes, what he is learning and the lifelong friends he has already made, HWS is worth every penny. I give back so that in some small way my contributions continue this legacy for generations to come.
