Hobart and William Smith Colleges

I give to the Colleges because they were here for me when my parents couldn’t pay my tuition. Dean Witte told me that I was the type of scholar/athlete the Colleges wanted and found me weekend work to pay for my second semester sophomore year tuition. The administration also helped me get a resident job to complement my waiter job at William Smith. This wonderful institution formed the foundation for a very successful military and civilian career, and initiated a lifetime of learning and critical examination.
