Every good thing in my life took root during those four formative years I spent at HWS. There were strong foundations in critical thinking and creative writing and a deep awareness that nobody else on the planet shared the unique experience we forged together. And then there was the fun - the kind of unbridled fun that comes from good music, great friends and sunny days watching the skies change over our beautiful lake. At our reunion, 25 years receded and the music, the friends, the lake and the timeless visceral joy returned. I was reminded of how truly special HWS will always be to me. I give because it's profoundly rewarding to know my donation will help current and future students find their people, their purpose and their place in this world. I can't think of a more meaningful investment.
