23 September 2021 Homecoming and Family Weekend
Join students, classmates, faculty and staff on campus for Homecoming and Family Weekend 2021.
From athletics to art exhibits to admissions tours, HWS Homecoming and Family Weekend (Sept. 24-26) has a wide range of events on campus and around Geneva.
“We have some great things planned — great opportunities to reconnect with friends, professors and our community — and there’s no better time in the Finger Lakes than September,” says Chevanne DeVaney ’95, P’21, P’23, director of Alumni and Alumnae Relations. “I can’t wait to welcome everyone back to campus.”
In addition to the campus forum with President Joyce P. Jacobsen and an all-campus extravaganza on the Quad, the Office of Alumni and Alumnae Relations, Office of Parent Relations and Office of Academic and Faculty Affairs have scheduled a full weekend of activities including a student research symposium, alum lacrosse games, a Dance Department performance, an art opening at Houghton House, a concert at the Smith Opera House, outings to local breweries and wineries, and tours of campus and Geneva, including a theatrical walking tour of downtown.
On Saturday afternoon, the Herons play home games against University of Rochester field hockey and Skidmore College soccer; that evening, Hobart football hosts Keystone College.
