21 August 2024 Campus Staff Honored
Awards ceremony recognizes the hard work and dedication of Hobart and William Smith staff.
Twenty-six Hobart and William Smith staff members were recognized during the Office of Campus Life and Office of Academic Affairs Awards ceremony earlier this summer.
The Office of Campus Life works to enhance the experience of students and assist all community members in making sure they feel valued and connected to campus resources within the areas of health and wellness, campus safety, student engagement and community support. The Office of Academic and Faculty Affairs provides resources and structure for faculty to provide a high-quality educational experience for students and to support faculty in their research and scholarship.
“Having annual awards allows our teams the chance to recognize each other for work that connects to HWS’ relationship-rich values, with a focus on student centeredness and team collaboration,” says Vice President for Campus Life and Dean of Students Becca Barile. “I hope it lets our teams realize we see them, we value their contributions and they make this place better each day.”
