- Author John DAgata 95 offers a talk as this years Trias Writer-in Residence. A professor of English and director of the Nonfiction Writing Program at the University of Iowa, he is the author of The Lifespan of a Fact and About a Mountain, which was named by the New York Times as one of the 100 Best Nonfiction Books Ever Written.
- An exhibit by Associate Professor of Religious Studies Etin Anwar titled Fashion Fusion: Diversity in Islamic Dress is on display in the Solarium Gallery in Houghton House. The exhibit articulates the diversity of styles, colors, textures and fabrics in Islamic fashion.
- The Druid Society (right) takes the lead over the HWS Campus Safety car during Fall Nationals at Homecoming and Family Weekend.
- President Gregory J. Vincent and Cameron Vincent join members of the Chi Phi Fraternity after they win Fall Nationals on Saturday.

The annual Hackathon competition challenges students to address an issue through social innovation.

- Students hit the court on Saturday for Kappa Alpha's Halfway to March Madness Charity Basketball Tournament. The proceeds benefitted the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
