- Radar meteorologist from the Center for Severe Weather Research, Alycia Gilliland (left) demonstrates how to use the Doppler-on-Wheels (DOW) mobile weather radar to Haley Okun 18 and Elizabeth McCabe 18. As part of a grant awarded by the National Science Foundation, the DOW will be in the region through April 17 for an extensive education and outreach program.
