- The Venerable Tenzin Yignyen discusses the relationship between mediation and mandalas as part of “Tibetan Mandala Painting.” Yignyen is a high-ranking monk within the Dalai Lama’s personal monastery, and earned the Namgyal Monastery’s highest degree, “Master of Sutra and Tantra” with highest honor, the equivalent of a Ph.D.
