- This week, we highlight the mentorship of our devoted faculty who guide students as they explore their interests and opportunities. Here, Associate Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship Craig Talmage meets with Wyatt Riehl ’27 in the Centennial Center.
- Associate Professor of Physics Leslie Hebb takes a selfie with Jake Romney '26 and Biruk Nardos '25 at the Space History Museum in Alamogordo, New Mexico. Romney analyzed spectra of hundreds of stars to measure their magnetic activity and see how it changes over time, while Nardos worked on a project to simulate the interior structure of extrasolar planets.
- Professor of Art and Architecture Christine Chin assists students in an exercise called "Inspired by History" using an 8x10 view camera to recreate images from the history of photography to reflect current cultural and social views.
- Professors of Spanish and Hispanic Studies May Farnsworth and Fernando Rodríguez-Mansilla lead a read along and discussion of “Los Abismos” by Pilar Quintana with students at Empire Coffee & Donuts.
