HWS offers several ways to submit your enrollment down payment. Incoming first-year and transfer students should submit $500 in one of the following ways:

Online Payment

Credit Card and ACH payment (online payment from checking or savings account) through our online payment site.
NOTE: Enrollment Down Payments are for New Students Only.

Check, Cash or Money Order

Check (personal or bank), cash, or money order can be mailed to the following address:

Checks should be made payable to Hobart and William Smith Colleges. Student name and ID number should be written in the memo.

Wire transfer

You may pay your enrollment down payment by online wire transfer via www.flywire.com/school/hws.

You may pay your enrollment down payment by bank to bank wire transfer if you wish.
