Under Title IX, discrimination on the basis of sex includes sexual harassment, gender-based harassment, sexual violence, sexual assault, other forms of sexual misconduct, stalking, and intimate partner violence are all prohibited.

Finger Lakes Community Health in Geneva offers counseling referrals, including tele-counseling, emergency contraception, STI testing & treatment, and contraceptives such as birth control through your insurance or at a sliding scale fee. Phone: (315) 781-8448
Planned Parenthood: Canandaigua
Planned Parenthood offers services that someone may wish to utilize for their own safety after being assaulted such as STI testing & treatment, emergency contraception, and rape crisis counseling referrals.
